THE GROUT GROUCH BRAND AND MARKETING PACKAGE
Under a signed Trademark License Agreement, Grout Grouch Intellectual Property LLC may provide authorized use of the Grout Grouch name, logo and brand assets together with initial and continuing brand and marketing services.
Depending on the applicable written agreement, these services may include:
• Launch artwork for vehicles, apparel and printed materials
• A Grout Grouch website optimized for the local market
• Website hosting, maintenance and updates
• Management of Google Ads, Google listings and Facebook posts
• Access to call answering, estimate scheduling and appointment confirmation services
The exact services, fees, responsibilities and permitted use of the brand are governed by the signed Trademark License Agreement.
Grout Grouch Intellectual Property LLC provides remote training and ongoing assistance as described in the signed Trademark License Agreement. Each independently owned local company remains responsible for performing and supervising its work, setting prices and managing its business.
ANSWER MY BUSINESS CALLS
Answer My Business Calls is operated by Merchant Channels LLC.
It is a separately operated affiliated company under common ownership with Grout Grouch Intellectual Property LLC and also provides services to businesses outside the Grout Grouch brand.
Answer My Business Calls provides call answering, estimate scheduling, appointment confirmation, mapping, review request and reminder services described on this website.
Use of Answer My Business Calls and the applicable charges are governed by the written agreement or service terms provided to the local company.
Information handled through Answer My Business Calls is subject to its applicable privacy notices and service terms.
FEES AND CURRENT OFFERS

The licensee owns and operates its local company.
The local company controls its schedule, pricing, estimates, job acceptance, customer relationships, services, invoices, payments and business decisions.
The local company owns its business telephone number, customer records and revenue received from its work.
Ownership of the local company does not include ownership of the Grout Grouch trademark, brand assets, local Grout Grouch websites, advertising accounts or other branded digital assets supplied or maintained by Grout Grouch Intellectual Property LLC.
OWNERSHIP OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Grout Grouch name, trademark, logo, mascot, graphics, photographs, advertising materials, written content, website designs, local Grout Grouch websites, domains, advertising accounts and other brand assets are owned by or licensed to Grout Grouch Intellectual Property LLC unless otherwise stated.
Software, call answering services and materials specifically identified as provided by Answer My Business Calls or another provider remain the property of that provider.
Access to this website does not give you ownership of or permission to use any Grout Grouch intellectual property.
You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, display, sell, license or commercially use Grout Grouch intellectual property without prior written authorization from Grout Grouch Intellectual Property LLC.
